Snackbar Staff (April-October)

  • Comfortable with basic food preparation and garnishing.
  • Setting up events, serving guests, and maintaining and breaking down banquet rooms.
  • Maintaining supplies in a neat and organized way per St. Denis standards.
  • Maintaining security of equipment, keys, and supplies.
  • Maintaining a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
  • Following company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Standing/walking/bending throughout shift and ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as needed including weekends and holidays (negotiable).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to follow directions.

Fairway Mower (April-October)

Will mow fairways and some rough under supervision of Superintendent.  Minimum Wage and golf privileges.  20-40 hours/week (flexible).  Daytime availability during normal business hours is required.

Banquet Server  (All year)

  • Responding to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintaining knowledge of: menu items and their contents; table settings and service-ware; food preparation and garnishing.
  • Setting up events, serving guests, and maintaining and breaking down banquet rooms.
  • Maintaining supplies in a neat and organized way per St. Denis standards.
  • Maintaining security of equipment, keys, and supplies.
  • Maintaining a professional image at all times through appearance and dress (tuxedo shirt, bow tie, black dress pants, black shoes for wedding receptions).
  • Following company policies and procedures.

Dishwasher  (All Year)

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of St. Denis Party Center kitchen. The hourly rate is minimum wage.  Duties and requirements include…

  • Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher and/or by hand.
  • Maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Clean-up after an event (putting supplies away, removing trash, scrubbing kitchen surfaces and floors, etc.)
  • Maintaining supplies in a neat and organized way per St. Denis standards.
  • Maintaining security of equipment, keys, and supplies.
  • Following company policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to pitch in and help other kitchen staff and server as needed in the course of an event.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Kitchen Assistant

Responsible for working closely with Executive Chef of PartyCenter located in GeaugaCounty in preparing and presenting food, as well as kitchen operations.  Pay based on experience and availability, hours fluctuate with event frequency, usually busier during summer.

  • Punctuality is a must.
  • Excellent, professional food-safety hygiene is required.
  • Ability to take direction and willingness to learn.
  • Food prep background helpful but not required.
  • Team-first attitude
