Bar Options
Soda Bar – All St Denis events include a soda bar if alcohol is not featured, unless requested otherwise.
Open Bar – Flat Fee. Unlimited alcohol for all guests at a set rate based on type of alcohol requested and duration of event. Recommended if you expect your guests to consume about two or more alcoholic beverages per guest. This is the bar plan included in all of our wedding packages. Well – $3/per guest/per hour*; Top Shelf – $4/per guest/per hour*.
Open Bar – Per Consumption. Guest host pays bar tab for entire party, based on the amount of alcohol consumed. Recommended if you would like to have alcohol available, but expect consumption to be lighter. Price list and available offerings are posted at the bar, and available upon request before your event as well.
Cash Bar. Your guests will have alcohol available, at their own expense. Guests will be charged as they place their orders at the bar. Price list and available offerings are posted at the bar, and available upon request before your event as well.
General Beverage Guidelines
- St Denis will I.D. guests and reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion. Underage or intoxicated guests will not be served.
- Shots of alcohol are not permitted under any circumstance.
- St Denis will stop serving 20 minutes before an event’s scheduled ending time.
- Per Ohio State law, no outside beverages can be brought onto St. Denis premises.
- Per Ohio State law, no Sunday liquor sales prior to 1pm.
- A bar set-up fee is required for non-wedding events ($50 for under 100 people, $100 for 101+ people).
- Stock alcohol list is available from event planning staff.
- Uniformed Security Guard required at all events featuring alcohol.
